The factory operates 24/7 with three shifts to meet global demand while maintaining exceptional quality standards. The production floor features 25 injection molding machines ranging from 80T to 800T capacity, allowing us to manufacture planters from small decorative pots to large commercial containers up to 300 liters in volume. We've implemented automated material handling systems and robotic assembly lines to ensure consistency and efficiency. Our facility includes dedicated areas for mold maintenance, quality testing, and packaging, all organized for optimal workflow.
